How long does it take to replace my windshield?
The replacement of your windshield normally won't take longer then a couple of hours. You can easily wait in one of our comfortable waiting areas or at your home or office if you decide to have us come mobile to your location.
What if it’s raining or snowing on the day of my appointment?
It won’t stop us as long as there's a carport, garage or other suitable shelter on site. Otherwise, we'll gladly reschedule your appointment for another time.
Will the new windshield be of the same quality as my present one?
All automotive glass sold in the United States must meet certain quality and safety standards before it can be used in your automobile. Together with these standards, our company has a strict quality control program, using only OEM glass to ensure the best products are used in your vehicle.
What is OEM glass?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacture. This means that the glass meets the original specifications for safety and quality as the glass that it came with from the factory.
Will my new windshield leak?

How soon can I drive my car after the windshield is replaced?
The windshield is an integral part of your vehicles safety system and the adhesive must be allowed to cure properly before being driven. We highly recommend that you don't drive for 2-3 hours after the installation so that the urethane seal will have plenty of time to cure. Your technician will give you an estimated drive-away time based on weather conditions and materials used.
Is it better to repair or replace my windshield when it has a small chip?
The repair process was designed as a way of saving the cost of replacement and is a good alternative to replacement when the chip is not in your line of vision. Many insurance companies will waive your deductible meaning there is no cost to you when this process is performed.
Will my insurance rates go up if I file a glass claim?
In most cases no, a cracked windshield doesn't reflect on your driving record and auto glass replacement falls under the comprehensive portion of your insurance rather than the collision category, so glass breakage is covered under the comprehensive portion of your policy, so you can replace your windshield with little concern of a rate increase in your insurance.
